Public Interior Mural Commission.
This interior mural represents elements of the changing city of Detroit, Michigan (USA) that are taken from the surrounding Eastern Market area, as well as the client’s Lea & Kyle’s personal lives. Their families have generations working in the auto industry, basketball is a shared passion and the Queen Anne’s lace (flowers) which dot many empty lots in the city was the couples chosen wedding flower.
A warmer palette was chosen to reflect the ‘good food, good beer, good friends’ intention of the space and the seasonal change concept of the food and beer menu.
